Terms and Conditions for web and mail order purchases:
Prices
shown are in Pounds sterling, we reserve the right to change any
advertised prices any time. VAT at the rate of 17.5% (will be updated
to 20% on 1st Jan 2011) is included in all product prices and
any delivery charges.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
If your order can not be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund..
When
ordering an item from outside UK, please make sure you have selected
the correct country details as different shipping charges applies to the items
ordered from outside United Kingdom. If you do not pay the shipment
charges, we will cancel the order and will make a refund on your
account.
We
have a right to cancel the order if the product is Out of Stock. If you
are not sure about the product availability, please call us to confirm
that the product is in stock at 0161 839 3545 or 0161 839 7435.
Refunds will come back to your account within 5 working days.
We currently deliver to UK and Some European countries only.
Orders can be placed by emailing a completed order form, following the on screen instructions.
Payment
must be made before orders can be dispatched. Please pay online or send
a cheque made payable to "BJ Products" to the address under Contact Us.
All items are dispatched using First Class Royal Mail Services.
Delivery will usually be within 5 working days; a signature may be required.
Should
there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 3 working
days, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the
product is no longer available.
In
the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please
contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working
days from the date of dispatch of your order in case it has been
delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the
product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will
arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.
Under
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have
the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods
without giving a reason. If for any reason , the goods received by
yourself are not suitable , they can be returned for an exchange or
refund within 7 days after they have been received by you. This is your
cooling off period. A refund will be issued
within 14 days of the goods being returned. There will be a charge of Maximum of £5(Depends on weight and
size of the item) or a minimum of £2.50 towards the delivery cost will
be
deducted from the refund per item returned.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If
you cancel the order, please make sure before sending the goods that
these goods are in the same condition as they delivered. Must return the
goods at your own expense via royal mail recorded delivery to us within
7 days. If the goods have been damaged whilst in your possession
then you will be liable for the cost of repairing the damage.
The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
