Terms and Conditions for web and mail order purchases:

• Prices shown are in £ sterling, we reserve the right to change any advertised prices any time. VAT at the rate of 17.5% is included in all product prices and any delivery charges.
• All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
• If your order can not be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
• On retail orders, UK Delivery is £0.00.
• All items are dispatched using First Class Royal Mail Services.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• Orders can be placed by emailing a completed order form, following the on screen instructions.
• Payment must be made before orders can be dispatched. Please pay online or send a cheque made payable to "BJ Products" to the address under Contact Us.
• Delivery will usually be within 5 working days; a signature may be required.
• Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.
• In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.
• Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Your goods must be received back to us within seven days. This is your cooling off period. A refund will be given within 30 days of the goods being returned. In a period of a free delivery promotion, a charge of ?2.50 towards the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund per item returned.
